Correct me if I'm wrong or may be I'm just paranoid. I reckon my idling is abit low. from 0-1 since there's two lines between them right? The rpm needle normally points to the line below the 1000rpm line (1). Is that normal?

I'm abit worried because *i think* this is not normal.

I bought this car few days ago, I'm planning to have all the basics change (oil,spark plugs, etc.). What would be your advise, assuming nothing has been change for the past 1 year with this Galant 1997 VR-G with 97000 mileage.

I'm hoping that a kiwi/new zealander would lend me a copy of a user manual english version for this car.

I have galant and had toyta camry before and rpm on idel are alway about .6 to .7
