2002 Grand Am GT-Front End Noise

I just starting having a front end noise when I turn the steering wheel to the right, around the 2:00 position. If I turn it past that point, I don't hear it. It sounds like a rubbing noise. Anyone have a clue what the problem would be? Thanks.

could be a loose belt around the power steering pump; have someone turn the wheel and you listen to the power steering pump.
