brakes are stuck on 94 civic ex

i have a 94 civic ex coupe with a 1.6L vtec
the car has been sitting in a driveway through two winters without being driven and with the parking brakes on.

well now one of the rear drums are stuck. ill check it out more tomorrow, but has anyone had this problem or have any ideas?

You can try a couple things........First off try tapping on the drum with something to see if it comes unstuck......Or try stomping the pedal a time or 2. If those fail........Take drums off and look inside.

yeah im gonna try wd 40 and im gonna whack the springs on the handbrake that pushes the shoes.

i loosened the brakes while taking off the tires. they work fine now. thanks anyways

drive the car in reverse and apply the brakes if u can. thats how the auto adjuster works usualy.
