Honda CRXZappa 06-21-2005, 06:42 AM Hi, that's my attempt for drawing a Honda CRX. I hope to by one in the near future, but they are hard to find in my country. I have alot of drawing experience, but i never tried drawing a car, so this is one of my first attempts. Ok so here goes: http://img210.echo.cx/img210/2680/10001288wu.th.jpg (http://img210.echo.cx/my.php?image=10001288wu.jpg) All comments are welcome. :) P.S. Sorry for the big image. asaenz 06-21-2005, 07:17 AM Wuts up Zappa, Glad you joined our forum. Your crx looks cool. Nice rims and tires al knightvision 06-21-2005, 10:46 AM Looks cool. there's might something wrong with the hood, but it's ok. You should draw more cars. If you don't find a CRX, come to Germany. We have a lot. But I guess they are as expensive as hell for you... I'd like to have one too, as my 'first car' but assurance is too expensive. It will stay a dream. nicecar 06-21-2005, 12:01 PM if you wan't to buy a CRX, your best hope would be in japan. lol. Nice work man  Also your signature in the bottom corner looks like mine. are your Initials CW? Zappa 06-21-2005, 02:34 PM Thanx for the comments, guys. I'm glad you like it. :) @knightvision: I don't like the hood very much too. It was worse though. That's the best i could do for it, i guess. Buying a CRX from Germany is one of the options for me, but i'll most probably buy one from BG. @nicecar: Japan is very far away from here :) My initials are SA, but in bulgaria we write in cyrillic, so our "S" is written "C", and that's why my signature starts with a "C". bonzelite 06-22-2005, 03:18 AM that is a good drawing. the ellipses are really well done. work on glass and metal reflections. particularly glass. you draw well. Zappa 06-22-2005, 05:03 AM thank you, bonzelite. Reflections are kind of hard. I'll have to do a study on them and practice a bit more. bonzelite 06-22-2005, 05:19 AM true. you'll eventually get the hang of reflections. once you figure out the basics of it, it's pretty straightforward. i should do a tutorial on faking convincing reflections. it's pretty easy really. once you see it done. Zappa 06-22-2005, 05:35 AM Ok, i'll take your advice. Can you give me a link to such a tutorial or something like that? knightvision 06-22-2005, 01:02 PM "Sorry for my bad english, i'm from bulgaria." English is not my native language but I can tell you your english is quite good. No need to apologize... Zappa 06-22-2005, 03:18 PM Haha! :) Thank you, knightvision. I still make some mistakes and some times i'm not very sure about some of the wrods. English is not my native language too, so i just want people to know, that i'm sorry if thay can't understand something i said. Mshkttck 06-22-2005, 03:19 PM Nice shading. The proportions are kind of wobbly, but it's a hard angle to draw. Good work! BTW: Your english is excellent nicecar 06-23-2005, 01:45 PM dont worry about a thing. if you are unsure, use a translator. :bigthumb: vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
