transmission leakpete44 06-20-2005, 08:56 PM Hello...Have a 1994 GC Laredo 4X4 inline 6 cyl.(130,000 miles) Have a leak in the transmission that seems to only occur if I park on a grade...I have a '92 Chevy truck that does the same and transmission guy told me it was a "yoke" seal ???....Any ideas?....Thanks,Pete44 SteveB05 06-21-2005, 08:05 AM There are two seals in front, the pump housing seal and torque converter seal. Then there are the shift shaft and Speed sensor seals and the rest of the o-rings on sensors. There is the Vent tube and the pan gasket and finally the output shaft seal. Since you say you have a 4x4 and he said "yoke", I'm gonna say your leak is on the transfer case, not the transmission unless he was talking about the Chevy, not the Jeep. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
