Less power in the summer?

I'm in Vegas with temps in the mid 90's right now, and although this is the 2nd summer for my WRX, I feel like my power is way down this time...

Is everyone else feeling the same way?? I just feel like the boost isn't kicking in as well. Perhaps the IC doesn't work quite as well in heat and the air/fuel mixture going into combsution is less dense --> less power??

I really hope it's just a temperature thing and not some sort of breakdown. I'm well aware that any car (or any machine for that matter) would perform poorer in hotter temperature, but I was wondering if that would be even more pronounced when it has a turbine with an intercooler. Does anyone now also how humidity plays a role in this as well?? (we're almost always <20% humidity here in the desert).
