I just wanted to thank you for the detailed instructions on how to get the demons out of my '99. She had the classic symptoms: flashing lights, chirping, and clicking under the steering column. I printed your post, including the follow-up, and headed for radio shack. I gave them the printed post, and told them I needed these things. A half hour later, i had her disassembled and was spraying like crazy. I let her dry, put her back together, and no more demons!! I can not begin to tell anyone how easy this was to do. Pretty good for a 40 year old woman who never worked on a car before! Thanks again...

Did you try it yet?? My baby is still without her demons, and now I have friends trying to get me to fix their cars!

Thumpin sure knew what he was talking about...saved me hundreds, my local dealer, here in "no-where land" wanted $712.00 to replace that headlight multi-switch...it only cost me $17.00 at radio shack and $4.00 at the hardware store (for the nutdriver). That sure is a hard choice..lol.
