Does anyone know how to program a 1998 jeep grand cherokee
keyless remote? It is the 3 button type, with the panic button.
It (locks) unlocks all doors and the rear hatch, any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Your options: buy a DRBIII computer(~$6000?) and do it yourself or take it to the dealer and pay them anywhere from free to $60 depending on the dealer. While you are there you can have them turn off the headlights on with the wipers deal if it annoys you like it did me.
