The driver side rear inside pad keeps getting worn, I've already replaced the caliper to no avail. Any suggestions?

This would usually indicate that the caliper slides are seized. The caliper piston applies pressure to the inside pad only and normally the caliper will slide to distribute the pressure between the inside and outside pads. If the slides are seized, all the pressure is pressing against the inside pad but since the caliper cannot slide, the outer pad is just along for the ride.

When you replaced the caliper, did you also replace the brake hardware, including the slides?
