I am about to begin setup for an assortment of polyurethane bushings for early Hondas, and since I myself own a 78 Corolla in need of bushings on its 200K+ chassis was thinking about developing molds for early Corollas as well. I have my urethane materials ready to pour, just need to have the molds drilled out on the CNC.

Going to start with leaf spring bushings, and anything else thats falling apart. If anybody can take measurements on anything other than a 78 and relay them to me, I could lay them out in one of the aluminum blocks.

I have just recently started production on some fiberglass airdams for first gen Hondas and I would also like to diversify into the first gen Toyota market. I have always had a thing for first gen imports and any first gen really. I do my own fiberglass molds and I use only high quality aerospace quality supplies. Any suggestions for parts would be awesome.
thanks alot
