club wagon rear AC / Heat will not flow from ceiling

My 93 E150 club wagon rear AC / Heat is stuck with the air coming out the floor heat vents instead of the ceiling AC vents. My Haynes manual does not show a solenoid or vacuum damper. Does anyone know how it works or trouble shooting steeps?

If it helps any, I have the same problem on a 94 and I have not resolved it. :confused:

pull the pannle out were the rear heat comes out fellow the blue vacume line to the valve,take one screw out and pull out draft door and vac valve.sometimes you have to loosen up heater box to get it out not a bad job takes about 20 mins.

sorry, you'll find draft door is broken and needs to be replace
