hello finaly bought a 1988 750il it had a bad hydrolic line i towed it home (flatbed) and replaced the line well now it runs rough and belches some smoke when you excelerate at first then clears .i am going to tune it then change the oil and see any advice would be helpful it did sit for 3 months ohh is synthetic 30 good for these ?

ok plugs wer oil fouled on 2,3 on passenger side put some champions in ran smother but if you let it idel then drive it smokes but if you just drive it seams fine any ideas
