My brother van has stop running when I go out to start it I cant not hear the fuel pump come on it just cranks over but not starting
so how can I see if there is fuel get to the engine?

Open the gas cap and listen while someone turns the key on. If you do not hear the whine of the fuel pump building up pressure then it is not working for whatever reason.
