passenger wiper does not move

Hello,
My passenger side wiper does not move. I can physically move it, but it will not rotate when I turn my wipers on.

the passenger wiper must have come free from the wiper linkage. its underneath the cowls, check it out and you'll find its been deteached.

There is a nut that holds the wiper to the end of the arm. Lift the cover up and tighten the nut 1/2 in.? down while the wiper is down
