my 99 dodge ram makes a weird noise turning left after about 25 minutes of running,what could be problem?thanks,bigpoppa

Could be lots of things. Does it make the noise while turning the wheel, or only after turning? Does it make the noise while the vehicle is moving, or also when standing still? Describe the noise. What does it sound like?
