a/c fan motor don't run

the a/c fan in front the radiator don't turn when the a/c is full speed and cool, the motor is brand new and the relay too.

www.avigex.ca/xport/coolantfan.jpg although for a 3.8, must be quite similar. Notice there are fusible links: on thsi model, one (pusher fan)is bolted to the abs enable relay, the other bolted to the starter solenoid.
