'98 200SX SE with about 130K on it.

The battery light and the E.brake light are continuously lit when the car is on. We've checked the batter reading and it was fine, and when you activate the emergency brake, that light becomes brighter. I'm assuming the dash lights are all low-voltage positives switched by the ECU? So if there isn't a ground issue somewhere in the physical wire, do you think the ECU could be malfunctioning? (scary if it is!)

I think it's strange that two lights are staying on. If it were one light, I would mostly suspect a short somewhere. But since it's two that have occured at the same time, to me that suggests that it isnt a wire short and instead a switch malfunction.

Any ideas/recommendations? Thanks!
