yesterday i raced this little mazda truck w/ a 2.2l w/ my 90 grand am w/ a 2.5l. We lined up and i told him to go on the third honk after the second honk he tops out thee rpms then dumps the clutch still toping out his rpms after the 3rd i could hear the gears grinding as i took two car lengths out of the bag then at about 40 he starts to pull i upshift and take him by about 4 cars lengths

The fastest FWD Grand Ams are the pre 92 cars with the 2.3 quad 4. Alot of them are raced.

So a 90 grand am with a 2.3 is faster then my 01 GT with a 3.4??? What kind of 1/4 mile times did those cars run? Do you know any numbers? I'm dying to hear more about this :)
