Since you can't see the leak, I'll assume that it isn't coming from freeze plugs or the head. Check the heater hoses (front heater core), heat control valve, and anything else accessable from the engine compartment or underneath. If the heater core itself is leaking it could be draining out the A/C drain - water that condenses on the A/C core during operation will drain out through a tube to the outside, and the heater core could be draining out through that same tube.

Hope you found the problem. We had a leak and had to replace our gasket and starter since it leaked out of the top of the engine down. The antifreeze in these vans does not do what it supposed to do other than being orange in color. It is supposed to last longer then other antifreezes do but in turn ATTACKS engine parts. This causes leaks to accure.

Just info I got from mechanics and experiences with our chevy express van.

Irony of ironies... Now *MY* van is leaking, and on the passenger side, towards the back of the van. Unfortunately I haven't had time to even think about looking at it, but in the next three weeks will take the cowl off and see if I can find it. It leaks when it is warmed up. Right now it is spending almost all of its time sitting in the driveway.
It's a '92, and doesn't have the orange stuff. The green isn't any better, as corrosion is pretty much a way of life with iron and water...

I finally got around to looking into the leak. Lucky of luckies, it was a hose from the radiator to the manifold. It broke right at the manifold inlet and was dribbling down behind the right rear head. Thought I was into a head gasket on that one...
Out of curiosity, I have seen a lot of discussion on both sides of the Dex Cool argument. How do the heater and radiator hoses hold up with it?
