94 Transport Power Sliding Door

Anyone ever have the cable break on the power sliding door, its hanging outside the door. Any ideas how hard it is to repair and cost???

I have a few of the cables sitting in my garage. Im converting mine to power. let me know if you need any parts.. Thanks

How do you thread this cable. The ends will not go through the pulleys??? I must be missing something very important
