Ok i been at the track once before with my 240sx... but never with a car than can break 16 lol...

I have practiced my launching after that lost to my friends 14.5 eclipse.

So anyhow ill be going all stock, and i havent fond the sweet spot on the launch yet, but im thinking about 3.5-4k launch? Whats a good launch since i launched on my friend at 2k and bogged to 1k and had all the lag in the world to try and catch up, wich wasnt happening.

im thinking i will hit 13.8 on my best run and first few will be around 14.2

its harder to launch a supra than i thought, thought it would be just like another 240sx or something...

i would either launch to high, or misshift or something!!, nont once had a perfect with no driver errors, sad sad day... Ill have to take some time to get used to this beast, this is only my 3rd time driving it , but im disappointed in myself

hooked up the greddy boost gauge tonight and ren the car and pushed it to the max... here are pictures of the boost gauge at idle... and at full boost

the full boost goes up to only 0.5 bar wich is 7psi... also i was watching the boost gauge and i could see the boost drop when the 2nd turbo kicks in... and then it goes back to 0.5 again... so its not going over 7psi and the boost stays at that boost... it does not drop at all till redline when i let off.

You have a vacum issue. Try tracing your vacum lines and maybe replacing them, it should be boosting close to 1 bar or 13 psi. Give me more info on how the car is acting and I can give you more advise on how it's working.

13 psi for a stock supra. is that how much they run stock? damn thats heaps good.

Ok i just finished the TTC mod.

Went out for a little drive and could hear both turbos spooling, so after i warmed the car up a little i got on the gas, and this time i got to a max of 4psi. When i get on it by around 3k or so i can hear like something is leaking air by the turbos.

So im thinking its a wastegate problem? or what could it be? this is getting a little frsutrating, but im glad i atleast got the TTC mod out of the way because i was going to do that sooner or later.
