ANYWAYS, as im reading the mag they comment that the rumor at sema was that F&F 3 got the go ahead on to start producing or making up the story or something. They said they havent found a location yet....but that it was going to be in JAPAN. I was like wow, as if things cant get gayer. Now the japs are going to be laughing there balls off at the US scene. I mean they were prolly laughing before, but this is going to be like a chris rock comedy hour. I can only assume that its going to be super cool fwd civic drifting then jumping a mountain pass cliff onto a flat bed truck all while the bov is popping and nos is being squirted!!!!! I cant wait to catch this oscar winning performance.

The mag said it will prolly have drifting in it.....well so much for the "keep it off the streets" thing. Im sorry but drifting is now done for(if its not in a sanctioned area) and the cops and laws are just going to get more stupid and harsh.

On the other hand, maybe they will actually make a great film maybe with some real cars this time, and maybe some actual footage instead of the gay ass computer graphics shit. But its F&F so i highly doubt it.

They just drift for the fun of drifting. Im sure they go to the local track though too if its close. Im no drifter, but i enjoy watching it. Its pretty cool. And yes suislide i agree on the formula D series. It seems like a bunch of yuppies trying to make a buck or two. But i think that it is also helping some true tuner companies bring product to the states(north america in general) and make them more available. It just has its ups and downs, like every sport. NASCAR was cool back when they actually raced cars that you could go to the dealer and buy. Now its all fiberglass bodies, reworked chasis and what not.

yea i knew about drifting....but didnt know it was called drifting lol. Its just cuz iv had a 240 in my family since 92. My dad showed me drifting (not like how to do it, but showed me what our car is used for lol). And he showed me my first pair of type x tails. Now that i think back, my dad must have done some serious searching back in the day to learn about this shit. I mean i didnt even have a liscense when he told me about it. I used to think 240's were gay as hell lol, i didnt want it. But then i started researching and the rwd thing and then i saw some badass 240's on the net and was like holy shit my car can look like that. So i got hooked at age 15-16 when i found out that i would be getting the 240 as a hand me down. I admit the sweet jdm styles are what first hooked my attention to 240's. Then i learned about the sr20 and wanted one because the ka was not tuned back in the day(atleast to my 16 yr old knowledge...which we all know how knowledgable 16 yr olds are) no offense but you'll feel the same when your older....then i read about chris may then liked the ka. Thats how my enthusiast mind came about and started to unfold. THen drifting came big and 240's blew up like nagasaki in wwII.

that really sucks if drifting is going to be a part in the movie, because i think it will cause increased crackdown from cops. how gay. although, it might be good if it promintently features S14's, and causes even MORE increased demand for them, because i might think about selling mine to some noob for a grip and get a FC or something. although i dont know how much higher the demand can go for 240's...

i was just saying what the magazine said!!!!!! I really dont care about the movie at all. If i wasnt drunk at that second one i would have walked out. But i didnt feel like climbing over people and making an ass out of myself. I couldnt stand the second one. As soon as i saw the jumping off a draw bridge i was like....let me out. yeah that jump off the bridge part was really stupid, i mean the only place i will do that is in GT4, try to do that in real life and see what happens to your car. Sure it will give you an adrenaline rush, and it will feel kinda cool, but not worth it. I did that twice with my car. Jumped off a hill. First time i was just goin too fast down a hill and when i reached the top end i jumped, it was pretty cool, but scary. If it wasnt for GT4, i wouldve spun out and crashed for sure. Who says videogames are bad an unreal? Second time, i was goin too fast up a hill and instead of the hill leveling out, it turned out flat. all of a sudden i saw myself in the air again, and this time i got a lot of air and hit my front end kinda hard, luckily no internal damage. But its definitely stupid to do it for fun. Only reason to do that is RALLY.

i'll admit it i loved it! i mean i went the first day it came out and then like three more times that week! i mean it isnt the greatest movie ever, or anything and it has a lot of mistakes, but i mean how many movies do you see about import tuning that get it right? i mean the second one was brutal and i can see where the change went from Vin Diesel to Tyrese but again they were JUST MOVIES!!!
