i got a 2001 dodge ram 2500. it has a tranny prob, i think. going like say 60 it is like it is in gear then it feels like it goes in neutral briefly. it revs up from my engine speed i am going to like 200 extra rpm then goes back to normal. it might be throttle sensor. unsure any ideas would help

Are you heading up hill when it does this? It sounds like it is going in and out of lockup.

try turning off your overdrive button and see if it still dose it.
