I remember reading something about a necessary resistor box or something required to run DSM 450s on a GSR motor. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I can't find the thread I'd read previously.

My buddy keeps cracking pistons in his GSR (probably because he runs out of fuel for his turbo, even at 6 psi). I gave him my injectors, and he picked up a VAFC, so we're just trying to get things set up for him. Thanks for the help guys.

cut off power from all 4 injectors. 4 power ecu side to resistor box single power side. run the other 4 wires back from the resistor box to the other power wires injector side. polarity does not matter.

plan ahead and you can make them look nice and clean.

there is also another way to easily switch back from peak n hold back to saturated injectors and vice versa in the future by using a 92-95 prelude junction plug (both male and female), but, i dont really feel like typing right now ;)

Okay, I kind of follow. Hopefully we'll be able to figure it out once we have the resistor box in hand. I appreciate the reply, and will get back in touch if we run into problems!

not hard, run the 4 wires from the ecu as normal. for the power run a power wire to the resistor box, then from the resistor box, 4 wires to each injector
