Venture lost Electric. PWR

I bought a 1999 Venture and have had bad luck since.
I just bought a new battery from a Chvy Dealer and I jumped in my van to go back home and the van would not start the horn would :banghead: n't even work and the dealer says they don't know what the problem is even though this is the second time this has happened with no worning signs form the van!!!

If when it dies there is no power to any accessories, it is usually a bad battery cable or cable connection. It should be a very easy problem to diagnose and repair.

You'd would think so but I just had Chvy replace battery and the problem still is going on and Chvy is still saying they have no clue!

HELPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They should have a clue. This is either a bad connection to the battery as stated (In fact my battery terminal was broken when I had similar problems), or there is a bad ground connection.

Did you buy the van from them? Are they doing this at no charge and don't want to take the time?

I can't offer too much advice from 1000 miles or so away but surely if they are competant they should be able to track this down.
