I own a 2000 Ford Ranger with 80000 miles on it. Lately there has been a clicking noise that I can hear when the truck is moving and braking. When the drivers window are down you can hear it a lot better. You can also feel a slight vibration when driving. Both the noise and vibration seem to be coming from the driver's side front end. I took it to the local dealership and they said it was the power steering pump and replaced it. When I got it back it still had the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Hard to say honestly. I know more about the first and second gens due to the fact that's all I can afford. :( To me it sounds like a wheel bearing went bad.. But I would get a second opinion..

is it a 4wheel drive?like psychopete said, it could be anything. jack up front tires and check for side to side play and up and down play to check tie rods and ball joints for wear. spin wheel and listen close for any noise from bearings and inspect brakes
