Hi guys...lookin for a little help here... i have a 90 plymouth laser RS (auto) and its stalling on me. Not all of the time.. but (ie)when i stop at a stop sign and then press the gas all of the way to the floor there is always some hesatation...but sometimes it just dies. I just had the plugs, fuel filter, and battery changed. and my car recently came out of the shop due to a blown main fuse and voltage regulator ( the car had the problem before too ) ... its the first dsm of mine thats really given me trouble ... and its quite frustarating. any imput would be appreciated

what ever i say take with a grain of salt because im still new to the DSM life as well, but i had a similar problem due to over gaped spark plugs.

is it turbo? awd? sorry the lasers dont tell us much by the names and i forget.

if its turbo definately check the spark plug gaps and make sure they are gapped at .28

also if it's turbo and you get new plugs, don't go with platinum. they won't last.

Usually 035-040 for NT motors of any kind. There is usually a sticker under the hood that lists the stock gap. Not sure if the 90s had them, or if it would still be there after 15 years.
