Cooling Question

I was wondering if someone could give me the name of the part that the top radiator hose comes out of from the Eng. ??? It is a black plastic square pice that has two mettal hoses that come out of it the bottom one goes into the Eng. The top one connects to the top radiator hose. And it looks like it has a bleeder valve on the top of it that is connected to nothing. This black pice is located in the very front cennter of the 1998 2.7 Eng. I need to replace it and have tried to look a new one up online but have no clue what it is called. I have the old one off it only has 4 small bolts that holds it to the manifold.

what that is called is the water outlet housing. It's very easy to replace that; what you have to do is remove the upper intake manifold, remove the upper radiator hose, and there are 4-8mm screws that hold the housing to the cylinder head. You don't even have to drain the cooling system to replace it, just take that upper hose off, get some extra coolant just in case and make sure you bleed your system after you have replaced the part. I forgot the part number, but I know it cost $83.70 and you can only get it from a dealer.
