i have a 1984 celica gt and i cant find a performance intake for it.so i was wondering if the www.Turbonator.com will work.any inoput please feel freee.or any 1 do any mods to gain hp to there intake that actually wokred.

There is no way moving air around in the intake is going to increase power. It all gets straightened out by the butterfly in the throttle body anyway. All it can do is impede airflow.

No, I haven't tried one and will never. For me to want to try it, I would have to see unbiased dyno results before and after with no other changes. There are none, I have looked because this question comes up once a week. When something really works, there is no problem finding dyno results because everyone starts using it. Find a serious racer who isn't paid by those Turbonator people and uses that thing. Never heard of one.

Testimonials ain't worth the electrons it took to send them. Talk is cheap. The real test is who is really using it and wins races.

yeah i thought it dident but i figured i see what others think.becouse the 84 celicas intake system is weird.so i guess i have to make a custom one.

if you guys were wondering how me and my friend tested it, first we used a fan, a computer case blower, hair drier, and then installed it and felt for a difference

in all the tests it felt like the air was being slowed down, not sped up like it claims
