Do I really need to disconect my battery??

I'm installin an AEM short ram and was wonderin if i need to disconect the batt. or will it be fine if i leave it connected.

It'd be best to disconnect the battery so the ECU can recognized your new airflow as normal. Don't worry.. resetting the radio isnt too bad.

For something like that, I would pull the ECM fuse instead of unhooking the battery.

does the same thing. Battery is just alot easier to do.

when I put in my DC sports short ram intake, I left the battery connected. It didn't do anything. T'was fine...
