A/C not cold

Last year I had a problem with my A/C going from cold to cool. Now it will not get cold it is either warm or alittle cool. I do not hear the compressor kicking on. I had a similar problem in my 94 and it was a bad switch. I was told the 96 does not have a switch. Any ideas??

The system probably just needs recharged.

Keep your eye on how long your car cools, if you have a big leak, you could be just throwing money down the drain. When you get it charged up, have someone put a dye in the system, that way, wherever the leak is, it can be found w/ a blacklight.
