What is the max horsepower that you could get out of a 2002 celica gts. Could you get around 400 wheel hp

yes you could, but it could be expensive,

probably turbo and redo internals,ecu tune, better fuel delivery system, upgrade tranny/drivetrain,

i bet the most you could get out of it N/A would be 270hp, but it would be even more expensive than a turbo and would probably need to spin up to 11K rpms...

theres been over 500 whp gts 7th gens, just depends on how much money and time you have cuz ull need alot of both

yea theres an all motor nascar version w 700 w hp non-boosted, but its not the 2zzge

There is a 400hp V-8 conversion 5th gen celica...its sweet.

And ive seen a 600hp 5th gen....a completely Modded 3rd gen 3s-gte (the works: complete engine overhaul).

and supposedly there is a 800HP 4th gen All-Trac

Right now, the highest HP street Celica GT-S (2zz-ge) is owned by Smaay at newcelica.org. He shoulud be getting it dynoed within the week.. hoping to get 500+hp.
