I have damanged rear bumper on my Jeep.

Removed the Bumper cover, Bumper.

Can't figure out how to get the Bumper brackets off. There is a stud stick down to bolt a trailer hitch to an the bolt exstends up to bolt to bumber brakets how do I remove these brackets. Anyone done this?
