i have a 2001 g 20 with a eibach pro kit and i am going to buy some high performance struts and was wondering if anyone has tried this combinenation and what they thought

aren't the gabs like super stiff? maybe wanna try the agx combo (KYB) ....they call themselves kayaba in japones.

GAB's are known to be pretty damn stiff...

You may want to look into the KYB's as they are more streetable.

ok, that's 2 out of 2, so gabs are too stiff. :D

GABs are pretty stiff...I had them on my eibachs before...however, even if you HAVE to have GABs..they are no longer available in the US...stillen might say they have it on their site, but call them and they'll tell you only the rears are in stock...Wings Corp which is the sole US distributors went outta business..and one of their biggest buyers, UPRD is going through some major internal conflicts/changes.
anyway, i dont think KYB came out with shocks for the G..unless u do the combo of P10 shocks in the front and maxima shocks in the back? However, it's only the street version though right? not the AGX? so it's only a LITTLE better than stock.

how about some koni's then? front P11 rear maxima deal again. to tell you the truth though, I would save a lot of greif and just get a set of those TypeNA's. they're great. ride is smooth and totally silent. very happy with 'em on my G.

I have the adjustable Konis and have been happy with their performance with the ground Control set up.. but now its off to the Teins.. :D
