2001 Venture Ipod solutions

I have an Ipod and currently use an Itrip fm transmitter which does not produce great sound. Anybody with any other ideas?

Get an aftermarket radio that has direct hardwired inputs that aren't FM modulated. Or try a different FM modulator.

i have looked into that but was told at Bestbuy that they would have to "relocate" an aftermarket deck. This is due to the fact that some Venure functions (ie the air bags) are hard wired through the radio. Thus, I could not simply replace my existing stereo.

So if your radio goes bad you die in a crash? Don't think so. Imagine the law suits. The class 2 data bus does go through the radio and it handles the chime sounds also but there are aftermarket interfaces that handle that and let you use a normal radio. Pac for example has the C2RGM24.
