I have a 97 Explore XLT v6 4.0l 4x4 I was goofing off one rainy day in 4x4 high, was driveing down a dirt road when I saw some mud pulled in it and put the thing in Neutral was gonna make some holes in the road when I droped it into to drive it did nothing same with the rest of my gears all I have now is park and neutral, The other gears are like be'ing in neutral too I can shift into them but it does nothing It's a Automatic transmission I droped the pan thinking I striped the gears and what not but there was nothing in the pan now am lost!

Check the Chronosynthaticinfadibulator (csib)

Could have displaced an axle.
