My 95 Camry 2.2 L has 131K on it and I am planning on having the timing belt and waterpump changed out. Also there is a oil leak coming from the what I belive is the lower pulley area where the waterpump is located. How much more labor will it take to change out the seal behind the pulley.

Now is the time to replace the seals on the "front" or passenger side of the engine. I have found the cam seal, oil pump seal and crank seals leaking. Once the tbelt is off, the seals can be removed by taking an awl and punching it into the seal and prying it out of the housing. Care must be taken not to damage the seal surface on the crank, cam or oil pump shaft. The crank is pretty straight forward. For the oil pump, I take an impact and loosen the bolt on the shaft before I take the old t belt off. Once the belt is off you can just take the bolt out, remove the pulley and replace the seal. When I do the cam seal, I take the very end cam bearing cap bolts loose, tap the bearing cap back and forth until a small gap opens up and then pry the old seal out and install the new one and tighten up the bolts.
Good Luck,
Steve
