2. My Jeep has a starting problem when i put the key in the igination it won't start up. I have to turn the key on and off 3 times for the jeep to start can anyone tell me what the problem could be.

You will have to take the door pannel off and see if Door lock linkage is working or has come undone. Try moving the lock lever and see if the linkage is moving. It could also be a door module or a power lock switch.
As for taking 3 times of cycling the key to start it. Sounds like your fuel pump is starting to go bad. You will need to do a fuel pressure test to check the pump.

I don't knwo about the WJ's but the ZJ's have a common wiring problem, the wires leading from the door jam to the body always get damaged and cause all kinds of lock and window problems.

Check the wiring between the door jam (passengerside). I had this same problem in my 94 recently but with my drivers door and it was a broken wire in the door jam.

Not sure about the starting problem
