hello i'm new here so dont' hate. but i just want to ask if there is a possibility of a 240 converted to r34? i was thinking of purchasing a 1995 240sx. a buddy of mine can get me a r34 kit for about $900 beans, fenders (r34) for $400,tail light and front lights (r34 jdm) for around $900, and a carbon fiber hood (r34) for around like 7$00. now the questions. is the fenders going to fit perfectly on the 240 sx? and if it does would the carbon fiber hood fit as well with the lights? and as for the back lights would i need to buy a r34 back bumper or could i just use the body kit that i'm getting for it be fine? need help A.S.A.P.

What do you mean by an 'R34 kit?' If you're referring to OEM-spec parts, nothing will match up to the 240SX. The Skylines are much bigger cars.

You would be better off making custom panels that just look like the R34 panels but are actually the right size for the 240SX.

nothing authentic will fit a 240 like stated above. and if you are getting those parts for that price, somethings up. taillights should cost 900....a pair if not each. its not unusual to see headlights + taillights go for 7-900....EACH peice.

a 240sx has a great body, why try to make it look like a skyline? Plus the skyline is too big and any modifications to a 240sx would look like crap if you want to make it look like a skyline.

Much easier would be to do a strawberry face conversion to an S15 Silvia front. Will look much better than a hacked R34 too.

Just keep your 240SX. It's a good car.

Hmm what about the R34 kit for the R32. That would be better to start with to customize to a 240sx coupe's body.

What do you all think?

It's not really that much better. While the R32 is smaller than the R34, it's still a good bit bigger than the 240SX. No matter what you do, you'll be looking at a lot of money, work and time that probably won't be worth it in the end.

Just keep the R32 or 240SX they are to great to fuck up... Both of them are great and If I had a R32 I would keep it The way it was built(Well not change the body to anther car)

the skyline is a big car... never fit... though i have seen an accord with a r34 conversion but it wasnt 100% replica...
