Here it is I have an 87 zc motor that im gettin refreshed its going in my 85 crx si running a greddy tdo4 and nos. my question is how do i feed it the correct amount of fuel and how do i manage it. Im looking at running only 12-15 psi.

get an FMU (fuel management unit)
