1.) Temperature readings in overhead console are screwed up: reads 39 deg on an 85 deg day, jumps to 43 to 92 and back down. This should be an easy one: replace outside temperature sensor (I guess).
2.) Wife told me while driving with the AC on with the blower setting at 3 or 4, the fan/blower totally stopped, was off for about a minute, came back on and did it again a little later. Of course when I drove it, it didn't do it. Any suggestions?
Van is a 98 model with 95K miles.

This should be an easy one: replace outside temperature sensor (I guess). The sensor is just a thermister can can be checked with a bowl of cold and warm water and a multimeter. The sensor is located in front of the radiator to the left as you look head on the van (or at least that is where mine is).
