For some reason the 2 little white lights on the 240sx garnish on the back stay on, I don't know what could be the problem, one thing that might relate to it is that when I was looking to buy the car it had kouki tails on it and the guy took them off for 500$ reduction off the price, and he put some scratched up koito stock 240sx rear lights and garnish, any help is wanted! thx

Probably just wired them wrong.
