its about that time and my doors are starting to fall off, so i was wondering where i could find some pins or hinges, or whatever is needed. what needs to be done to fix the problem before it gets expensive. Also i have noticed that the only way to get the pins out would be to grind off the ends. thanks for any help

The only place I could find pins and bushings is from the Dealer and believe me I tried. there about $26 for each door you probally need just the pins and bushings not the hinges. Your right you have to grind one end off or cut the pin in the middle. I found a dremmel works the best to do the grinding. You will have to take the Door off I used a couple of old tires to support it. When you install the new pins you will have to weld one end like a spot weld or pein the end to keep the new pins from comming out.

Does the wiring harness from chassis to door disconnect easily? I need to do this soon as well.

there is a screw in the middle of the harness (I think it's a torx head not sure of the sixe) you will have to slide the boot off the door end to see it and then unscrew it and the harness will disconnect.
