crank walk i thinkriff22 04-20-2005, 12:45 PM my car is hard to shift and the petal is acting up, when i slow down it want to go down. its a brand new master cylinder, it worked fine untill i smoked my clutch. would this have anything to do with the clutch? thanks spyderturbo007 04-20-2005, 02:25 PM Being hard to shift has never been something I have heard related to CW. The best thing to do, if you are concerned, is measure the endplay in the crank. You can do this fairly easily. CBURKE 04-20-2005, 02:54 PM It could, did you replace all the internels in the trany? Like the fork? Things like that. I don't think it is crank walk. That is really not what happens if it was. Maybe try bleeding the mas better. riff22 04-20-2005, 03:06 PM ive bleed it several diffrent times, maybe its defected master, the first one i put on sucked to the floor, then i got this one and it worked fine for awile then i smoked the clutch and right after that it started doing it. 1stGenRocks 04-20-2005, 08:47 PM get 2 friend. read the vfaq and bleed the clutch right. riff22 04-21-2005, 08:38 AM its bleed right i know how to bleed so thats not the problem gthompson97 04-21-2005, 02:02 PM try replacing the master before going and tearing apart the whole motor just because you THINK it's crankwalk. spyderturbo007 04-21-2005, 02:31 PM Measure the crank endplay!!! :banghead: vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
