have a 90 runner v6 180k miles rebuilt 20k ago.

Posted problems on here before. Turned out shorted knock sensor was frying computer. Finally got it fixed, but it still doesn't start beautifully.

When starting it will turn and turn, and then when it finally does kick on, is starts real slow like its going to die almost for a few seconds before it pulls up to correct idling RPM. After this it runs great and no problems.

It almost always does this, but I have noticed in the morning it never does, just starts right up.

I have recently Replaced TPS sensor, temp sender, knock sensor, an idler pulley, MAF sensor, computer, dist. cap/rot., plugs, checked vacuum hoses, replaced fuel and air filter, cleaned throttle body, changed oil/filt, flushed AT.......

Also on third tank w/ techron fuel add injector cleaner, just hoping :) but didn't fix the problem.

Question part 2 - when sitting at a light with turn signal on, battery voltage gage on dash bounces up and down at the same frequency as signal.... grounding problem or is this normal?

Thanks for your help!
