how do I take off the back door panel?

the hose to the windsheld wiper water is leaking and I need to replace the hose how do I take the back door panel off? Its leaking inside there.

Pull 2 screws from either side, remove handle, (2 screws) then pull the top of the panel first. Once the top is pulled, pull towards you at slight angle..

this is on the back hatch door.
