94 voyager, no power to fuel pumpThe RealRookie 04-16-2005, 07:58 PM Replaced the relay and there is power to the 15 amp fuse. There is no power running to the pump when you turn the key on for the initial pressure build. Some one suggested a fuel pump cut off (fuel cut off solenoid). Something that might be for car crashes safety. theFREAKnasty82 04-18-2005, 12:45 AM that's common on Fords, not on Chrysler. You could have a bad ASD (Automatic ShutDown) relay. It controls power to your coil, fuel pump, etc. The RealRookie 04-18-2005, 07:13 PM So here i am, thinking, maybe i should try resetting the car by disconnecting the battery. So i go out there, i think, lets try the car first. so i put the key in, turn it and i hear, burrrrrr and wala, car fires up. Maybe something had to reset, who knows. told the wife not to go far with it. if it happens again, ill try resetting car via disconnecting battery. The RealRookie 04-27-2005, 08:31 PM Dang, car died again. Same as before. Does the fuel pump have a ground? If there is a bad ground, would the power to the pump fail? I think im going to end up replacing the pump again and make sure the connections are contacting good. Any suggestions? vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
