I have a 95 jimmy 4.3 w motor and for some reason it started blowing the fuse for the ecm/fuel pump. Fuel pump is only 5months old. I seems to only do it upon heavy acceleration. I'v looked around and don't see any wires that look like their worn and shorting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :shakehead

More than likely your sending unit is hosed.

That or the wire going back to the pump has worn through somewhere.

I would check it first before replacing the sending unit.
