Can somebody tell me what is the difference between yellow and green transmission filter tip (sealer).
I changing my tranny gasket and filter and then I was buying filter they asked my what color tip of the filter in my car.
Somebody knows?

Can't help you there. All our filters have a red silicone seal on them.

I am sorry, not yellow and green, but red and green. At Autoparts shop they showed one filter with red sealer another one with green.......

Motorcraft part number is FT-130. Good luck.

Just checked and there are 2 transaxles for the vehicle. One is AX4n and the other is AX4S. That may be the difference in color. Not sure.
