I checked the Haynes manual and couldn't find the code reader plug location on any year, but I just watched my mechanic plug a reader into my 1990 recently and there is a wire coming from the left side of the PCM that the reader plugs into, but they did use some kind of adapter first. The connection from the reader onto the adapter looks similar to where the monitor plugs into a computer. As for the gas tank size, if you have the owner's manual it should be listed there. My 1990 has a 36 gallon tank.

Hope this helps.

Typically B vans have either a 22 or 35 gallon tank.
